By accessing or using the ProbWin service available at probwin.com and en.probwin.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ProbWin is a sports analytics service that provides predictions and statistical analyses for sports betting. The Service currently covers NHL, NBA, Soccer and Tennis, with more sports coming soon. The Service uses artificial intelligence models to identify betting opportunities.

Important: ProbWin provides analyses for informational purposes only. We are not a bookmaker and do not accept bets. The user is solely responsible for their own betting decisions.

3. Gambling Warning

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Never bet more than you can afford to lose
• Sports betting should remain entertainment, not a source of income

4. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information at registration
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential
• One account per person; multiple accounts may be terminated
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account in case of breach of these terms

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Free Trial

The 7-day free trial gives access to all features with no commitment. No credit card is required. After the trial, you are free to subscribe or not.

5.2 Paid Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your choice
• Renewal is automatic unless cancelled
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings
• Upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of the paid period

5.3 Refunds

Given the nature of the Service (digital content), no refunds are granted after activation of a paid subscription, except in the event of a technical error on our part.

6. Intellectual Property

All Service content (text, graphics, logos, models, data, code) is the property of ProbWin or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit this content without written authorisation.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Reselling or redistributing our analyses
• Using bots or scripts to access the Service
• Circumventing security measures or access restrictions

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. ProbWin does not guarantee:

• The accuracy, reliability or completeness of analyses
• That using the Service will generate profits
• Uninterrupted availability of the Service

In no event shall ProbWin be liable for financial losses arising from the use of our analyses for betting purposes. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions.

8. Data and Privacy

The use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to this policy.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. Prices may be changed with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately in the event of a breach of these terms, without notice or refund.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
